The Role
In this role you will work as part of the Infrastructure team working on building, maintaining, and improving the laboratory infrastructure that supports the validation activities of a GPU Software organization. This will be working in a fast-paced lab environment with hundreds of devices under test, attached to multiple server hosts, and configured for both continuous test automation and remote debug activities. This is a hands-on role that will benefit from someone with experience in interfacing with embedded systems, Linux system administration, and the ability to use a soldering iron to build custom electronics modules
The Individual
To be successful in the role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Ability to write and update scripts
- Experience with Linux system administration (Ubuntu 18.04+)
- Experience with configuration management tools (i.e. Ansible, CFEngine, Puppet, Chef)
- Ability to script in Bash and python
- Ability to solder
This is an on-site position 5 days per week in the Austin office.
