Sr Total Rewards Analyst - Contract to Hire - Remote

The Company We are partnered with a global, growing tech company with a value over $4 billion. They specialize in data analytics software with a mission to create a more fact-driven world with their simple to use analytics platform. This is a contract to hire position, based remotely although if you are based near Seattle that would be a bonus. The Role Working with the HR team you will contribute to the Company's strategic initiatives by providing support and input into the development and maintenance of our global total rewards programs. You will work on research, ad hoc analysis of data and reporting, tracking metrics and recommendations. You will interface with the People Ops team as needed to ensure timely delivery of compensation program elements. You will support Total Rewards, manage the program, administer the 401K program, conduct job analysis, review health & welfare benefits and conduct audits of compensation and benefits. Devops Engineer - Supply Chain Software Company - Remote

The Company We are working exclusively with a successful and well-regarded tech business who focus on providing AI driven top line software for supply chain management. They are a high growth business with a strong focus on culture, collaboration and support. As a global business you will have the unique opportunity to work with both local and global teams and align with other high calibre engineers and Managers. This is a fully remote position but will need to work Eastern Standard Time zone, or potentially Central Time zone as you will have some meetings with team members in Europe. The Role You will be joining a global DevOps team that is migrating from an on-prem Windows/Citrix environment to creating CI/CD pipelines in Azure using Terraform, Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker, and microservices. You will work on projects developing and supporting the managed service platform as well as automating some routines. You will implement changes to code, write documentation and fix occasional bugs. As an experienced Engineer you will largely work autonomously but with guidance and direction from the Head of Devops and collaboration with other team members. The Individual To be successful in this role you will need: At least 3-4 years of experience as a Devops Engineer Experience with both Citrix/Windows as well as Kubernetes and Azure 3+ years building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure Experience with Terraform Experience writing tests A solid understanding of Windows Server architecture Solid communication and team collaboration skills Agile project experience Duration: 6-12 month initial contract with potential for direct hire conversion Location: Remote (EST is preferred)
