Recruitment Coordinator - Contract - eCommerce Fortune 500
The Company Our client, is a household name in the ecommerce industry, they have built a solid market name and reputation over the past decade and are truly focused on an exceptional service and culture. This role will work with a high performing team with fun, hard working and collaborative colleagues and a fantastic manager. This is a contract position - 6 months to start and extendable, also an opportunity to convert to direct hire. The role In this position you will work within the Customer Service team alongside a team of recruiters and other coordinators. The environment is fast paced and high volume - hiring hundreds of people per week. You role will be to assist the recruiters with scheduling interviews and prescreening candidates, sending out background checks and monitoring the results, sending and tracking all on-boarding paperwork and arranging orientations. You may get involved with recruiting and sourcing for candidates. This role will sit within the Customer Service team and although remote should ideally be based in Dallas, TX or Hollywood, FL (or close to those areas). This is a contract position for 3 months - there could be a possibility for conversion to direct hire in 2022. The role You will be responsible for ensuring all Customer Services communications are delivered in a clear, consistent and compelling way as well as managing communications requests, assigning and reviewing content for accuracy and brand standards. THE ROLE Responsibilities: Manage and Mentor a team of Sales professionals, Account managers and Solution consultants to deliver to the portfolio strategy Design and execute a strategy for increasing penetration of EdgeVerve products in the accounts and segments identified Develop trusted and long-term engagements, driving net new business, focused on enterprise accounts, and building customer relationships in chosen market segment (geographical) Hunt, identify, and qualify leads for EdgeVerve suite of products and services offering and own the opportunity management cycle Drive long-term product adoption with EdgeVerve products Execute on Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, marketing campaigns, to assist with sales efforts to make the products relevant to the specific industry vertical context Grow and effectively manage sales pipeline, using CRM tools and keep an updated and accurate pipeline Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Services leaders within EdgeVerve to iterate and prioritize the strategies to improve sales opportunities and conversions Collaborate closely with the Infosys vertical sales leadership to make sure that EdgeVerve products are relevant and are a part of the broader growth agenda of the vertical Manage a portfolio of 20-25MUSD of existing run book and new revenue expectations of IP and managed services sales Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
