The role The team is looking for a senior manager to oversee the development of a drug discovery software product tool. The key focus is on the strategy and ideation of core products and will require a strong scientific background in biology/chemistry as well as product development of software computational tools. Scientific domain knowledge is critical to this position as well as heavy technical engineering team engagement throughout the lifecycle. The Individual As the ideal candidate you will have the following skill and experience: Represent and own the biotherapeutic adaptation of their enterprise platform both internally and externally. They are experiencing hyper growth and are looking for an experienced Software Engineers (Navigation/Perception) to join the team and lead them in this area in the SF Bay Area. The remit involves building on the already successful robot, as well as developing brand new robots to work within restaurant, hospitality and foodservice (eat and take out!) industries. ​ The Role As an experienced Sr. Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the robotics navigation stack, ranging from control, localization, mapping, path planning, all the way to high-level interaction decision making. The navigation stack is critical for the robots to drive autonomously, safely and smoothly. You will be working with the team to design, prototype, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve various algorithms of the navigation stack. You are expected to be highly autonomous and to lead technical directions.
