Lead Frontend Developer

We're hiring a Lead Front-End Engineer to help define and execute against our visionary product roadmap. You will balance individual contribution and mentorship, and we'll give you as much opportunity as you can handle. Responsibilities: Participate in roadmapping and architecture discussions Pair program with talented, ambitious engineers in a highly-collaborative team Collaborate with our product manager and product designer to deliver a low/medium sized project Up-level team productivity and speed by introducing or revising processes Lead a complex project from inception to deployment and drive ambitious technical projects that immediately impact our users Identify, evaluate, and define improvements to the existing infrastructure and product Mentor and support other engineers on the team. Evangelize high quality software engineering practices Go above and beyond to deliver a project which is outside of your core team and expertise Minimum Qualifications: You produce high-quality, production-ready, readable, maintainable code, develop efficient and reusable UI components within our Design System and resolve performance and scalability issues. You can recognize and advocate for technical excellence. You've worked on a high-velocity product team. You understand how to build systems that enable fast product iteration. You're comfortable weighing trade-offs between functionality, quality, and technical debt. Responsibilities: Drive ambitious technical projects that immediately impact our users. Some upcoming work: building interactive employee data visualizations, designing new information architecture & routing, and building predictive notifications/alerts. Work with talented, ambitious people in a small, highly-collaborative team. You'll join a world-class team, including engineers with 10+ years of startup experience Learn and grow incredibly quickly as our company scales. As an early team member, you'll have massive ownership and a steep learning curve. Senior Software Engineer

We were founded in 2019, our product is a tool for founders to consolidate and share their startup's information. We help founders bring together their company overview, team info, pitch deck, demo video, FAQs, and more under an easily shared URL with privacy settings and analytics built in. In a little under 12 months, our product is used by 3500+ companies. We are looking for a talented and experienced engineer to lead our development efforts. This person will work hand-in-hand with leadership to build, communicate, and deploy both short-term and long-term product decisions.
