VP of Engineering

ConSol is working directly with the Founder of an early-stage web3 tooling company on a retained basis. Their mission is to create L1 developer tools that allow Engineers across to globe to seamlessly test and deploy smart contracts.
The Role
The company is looking to hire a VP of Engineering for their largest department. The role involves a high degree of strategy, collaboration with the CTO/C-Level, and planning. Experience with, and a passion for web3 technology is a must. You will need a deep sense of ownership, and you naturally take pride in delivering a delightful customer experience.
The Individual
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Engineering Management/Leadership experience
- Experience working at a web3 firm (L1 experience a plus)
- A proven track record of success (IC & Leadership)
