Senior Product Manager - Customer Servicing Platform - Santa Clara, CA/Tempe, AZ - Global enterprise commercial bank

The Company

We are working with an innovative global commercial bank heavily focused in the emerging tech space and funding thousands of startups as well as global enterprise companies. They are one of the largest banks in the United States. Their US headquarters is located in the SF Bay Area and they have multiple regional locations throughout the country. This particular role sits on the liquidity product management team and will serve as a critical member of the team in developing well rounded product bundles for their clients.

The role

The team is looking for a proactive and analytical product manager with expertise in building data driven client centric solutions. The goal is to drive the continuing evolution of their customer servicing platform and internal tools through analytical, data driven approaches.

The Individual

As the ideal candidate you will have the following skill and experience:

  • 6-10 years of product management experience with a track record delivering highly performing products and exceptional customer satisfaction

  • Ability to turn end-customer inputs into structured requirements and user stories

  • Adept Agile practitioner with prior scrum team experience as a product manager

  • Experience building enterprise class applications (scale, security, & reliability)

  • Experience defining, instrumenting, and collecting metrices with the ability to understand the data and turn it into forward looking improvement strategies


Location: Santa Clara, CA / Tempe, AZ

Compensation: Competitive base salary as well as performance bonus
