Psychology of Agile Scrum meetup

Last night, April 18th2016, ConSol Partners opened its doors to Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Kanban methodology specialists, Project Managers and many more skilled professionals across the tech and Agile domains.

We were delighted to play host to the Psychology of Agile Scrum meetup, which takes place in venues across central London once a month. Organised by Natasha Hill and Roman Shtekelman, both Scrum Masters and Agile experts themselves, each meetup has a different – and equally interesting and applicable – theme. This particular meetup, hosted in our Liverpool Street offices, focused around the critical importance of team engagement and alignment.

Led by Matt Roadnight, Agile Coach and Trainer, the session explored the value of striving for positive relationships in the workplace to increase efficiency and productivity under time pressures; something that is vital when in a fast-paced Agile or Kanban team environment. The group of circa 50 attendees then began break-out group discussion sessions to hone in on their preferred Agile techniques and to share tips and solutions.

It was a sociable evening; bottles of Peroni, bowls of snacks and slices of fresh pizza scattered the tables as our guests mingled and networked their way around the room.

The next Psychology of Agile meetup will also be held in ConSol Partners’ London office, next to Liverpool Street station.Visit http://www.meetup.com/London-Scrum-Meetup/ to sign up and for more information about future meetups.
