As Vice President of the Enterprise Program Management Office (PMO), you will oversee the organization's program management strategy, driving high-impact, cross-functional initiatives aligned with strategic priorities. You will ensure all projects, particularly in production, compliance, and quality, meet current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) standards. This role requires expertise in regulatory requirements and quality management to manage complex projects such as product development, facility expansion, and continuous improvement, while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of project/program management experience, including 5 years in a leadership role within a cGMP-regulated industry

Proven track record of driving growth or managing large-scale projects

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)

Project Management Professional, Program Management Professional, or Agile Certification required

Additional cGMP-related certifications are a plus
