Role Overview
The company is seeking a Technical Recruiter (Functional Lead) who brings energy, creativity, and a builder’s mindset to the talent acquisition function. This position plays a critical role in scaling technical teams, with a focus on hiring across areas such as Software Engineering, DevOps, and AI/ML. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies.

Identify, engage, and convert top technical talent using diverse channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, events, and personal networks.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and closing.

Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience that aligns with the company’s mission and values.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Represent the company brand externally, effectively communicating the value proposition to prospective candidates.

Work cross-functionally to refine recruiting workflows, tools, and best practices.

Analyze recruiting data and KPIs to optimize sourcing and hiring strategies.

Oversee third-party recruitment partners when required.

Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally within fast-paced startups or agencies.

Deep understanding of technical domains including engineering, infrastructure, and machine learning.

Proven success in creatively sourcing and closing passive candidates in competitive markets.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
