DescriptionWe’re seeking an experienced Technical Sourcer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute creative strategies that deliver high-quality candidates efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team goals
- Develop and execute scalable sourcing programs and pipelines
- Drive the full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and closing
- Provide timely, data-driven updates to hiring teams and leadership
- Ensure a high-touch candidate experience throughout the process
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience in mid-to-high volume environments
- Full-cycle recruiting expertise (sourcing, screening, closing)
- Proficiency with Boolean search, LinkedIn, and alternative sourcing platforms
- Strong technical screening/interviewing capabilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and process management skills
