About the Company

Every day, this organization helps deliver high-value broadcast and media content across the globe. It provides innovative, end-to-end hardware, software, and processing solutions used in more than 180 countries — including leading broadcast facilities, advanced sports and live-event venues, and major pay-TV operators.

Headquartered in Northern Europe, the company has been supporting some of the world’s largest media brands since 2004.

The Role
  • This is a full-time North America–based position, located in the greater Los Angeles area and operating out of the company’s regional technical hub.

  • The Professional Services Engineer will provide both remote and on-site support for customers throughout North America.

  • Responsibilities include delivering technical assistance across contribution, distribution, and media-processing workflows — including encoding, decoding, and uncompressed video signal processing — in both on-premises and cloud (native and virtualized) environments.

  • The role requires shift-based availability and occasional after-hours phone support as part of a rotating 24/7 schedule.

  • Expected travel: 10–15%.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a technically adept professional with strong knowledge of broadcast, media, and telecommunications environments. You bring a customer-first mindset, a proactive approach to solving complex technical challenges, and the ability to take clear ownership of issues.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor and often serve as the primary point of contact in time-sensitive situations, so the ability to remain calm under pressure and communicate with clarity and accuracy is essential.
