The Role

This is a full-time North America–based position, located in the greater Los Angeles area and operating out of the company’s regional technical hub.

The Professional Services Engineer will provide both remote and on-site support for customers throughout North America.

Responsibilities include delivering technical assistance across contribution, distribution, and media-processing workflows — including encoding, decoding, and uncompressed video signal processing — in both on-premises and cloud (native and virtualized) environments.

The role requires shift-based availability and occasional after-hours phone support as part of a rotating 24/7 schedule.
