Senior Project Manager
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid, 2 to 3 days onsite)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex, client facing software implementation projects. This role sits within a Professional Services environment and requires a strong balance of technical understanding, structured project delivery, and confident client engagement.
You will be responsible for managing enterprise level implementations, typically lasting 12 to 18 months, while coordinating cross functional teams and ensuring successful delivery across scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end to end delivery of client facing SaaS implementation projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and timelines
• Coordinate cross functional teams including engineering, product, and data specialists
• Oversee integrations, data migrations, and technical delivery milestones
• Manage full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, execution, risk, and change control
• Own project financials including budget, utilization, and billable versus non billable time
• Communicate status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Partner with clients to understand business processes and recommend improvements
• Ensure strong alignment across technical teams, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
• Act as an escalation point for complex client facing challenges
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to internal best practices
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8 to 12 years of project management experience in client facing environments
• Background in professional services or SaaS implementations is critical
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Strong understanding of hybrid project methodologies with a PMI or waterfall leaning approach
• Experience managing project financials, budgets, and utilization
• Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex client conversations
• Solid technical acumen with the ability to manage delivery without hands on development
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP or similar certification
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with integrations and data migration
• Experience with association, nonprofit, or membership based systems
