Title: Senior IS Technician
Location: Sanford, ME (travel within ME/NH area)

Job Summary
The Field Service Technician will travel between Client's retail store locations within the Sanford, ME and surrounding NH area to perform hardware installation and repair on computer and printer systems. This is an offsite, field-based position requiring strong self-management and hands-on technical ability.
Key Responsibilities

Travel between Client's retail stores (using personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed)

Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer and printer hardware

Complete service tickets and required documentation accurately

Coordinate with Client's full-time staff for daily work assignments

Provide excellent customer service to store teams

Lift and move hardware equipment up to 75 lbs
Required Qualifications

Prior field service or onsite support experience (managing multiple locations/tickets daily)
- Hardware repair experience (computers, printers, or similar devices)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle

Willingness to travel daily and work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays

Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs
