Role Overview
The IT Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle—from definition through implementation—ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining high quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation activities within healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute IT projects related to healthcare implementations, infrastructure, and network standardization.

Develop, maintain, and drive project plans, timelines, and milestones to successful completion.

Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project teams and key stakeholders.

Coordinate activities across multiple teams, including infrastructure, telecom, and end-user technology.

Prepare and present project documentation, status reports, and budget updates.

Ensure effective change management and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead project meetings, facilitate decision-making, and track progress against defined objectives.
Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally within healthcare implementations .

Strong understanding of network standardization, infrastructure, telecom, and end-user technologies .

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and MS Project.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification (preferred).

Proven ability to “hit the ground running” with minimal supervision.

Experience leading large-scale healthcare IT rollouts or go-lives.
