What You’ll Do
- Ship Real Impact Early: Own model features and data pipelines, writing production-ready code in Python, Scala, or Java.
- Hunt Revenue-Driving Signals: Dive into massive datasets to uncover patterns that directly shape bidding strategies.
- Master Complex ML at Scale: Apply deep learning and advanced ML techniques to solve tough, real-world problems.
- Bridge Math and Business: Collaborate across teams to turn business bottlenecks into technical solutions.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
- Strong understanding of ML concepts (neural networks, regression, clustering) and advanced statistics.
- Coding skills in Python, Scala, or Java; experience with version control (Git).
- SQL experience and basic data warehousing knowledge.
- Highly proactive, problem-solving mentality, eager to learn advanced ad-tech technologies.
Bonus Points
- Master’s degree or relevant internships in ML, deep learning, or data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools: Jupyter, Tableau, Zeppelin, PowerBI.
- Exposure to modern architectures: transformers, LLMs, large neural networks.
- Familiarity with Linux, Apache Spark, or AWS (S3, EC2).
