We are a fast-growing, Barcelona-founded advertising technology company specializing in mobile programmatic advertising and advanced machine learning. We operate one of Europe’s largest demand-side platforms, with revenue above 100M USD and sustained growth over 40% year over year.

Our mission is to continuously improve our ad-tech platform so clients can achieve their campaign goals while giving our team meaningful, impact-driven work in real-world engineering and data analysis.

You will:

  • Help define and build core algorithmic and architectural components, especially deep learning models.

  • Propose and develop new models, evaluate performance, and iterate on algorithms in a role that combines “ML Scientist” and “Data Engineer” responsibilities.

  • Design, implement, and deploy scalable data analytics and machine learning solutions, working closely with technical and operations teams.

  • Tackle unique modeling challenges such as extreme label sparsity and long label delays.

  • Analyze multiple data sources and deliver actionable insights to technical and business stakeholders.

You must have:

  • Strong coding skills in at least one of: Python, Scala, or Java.

  • Experience with modern version-control tools.

  • Background in machine learning and predictive modeling (deep neural networks, logistic regression, clustering, time series and auto-regressive models).

  • Knowledge of advanced statistics (regression, distributions, significance testing).

  • Experience with SQL and data warehousing.

  • A problem-solving mindset, proactivity, independence, and accountability.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a results-oriented environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Nice to have:

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative or AI-related field.

  • Experience building and deploying high-performance production algorithms.

  • Familiarity with transformer architectures and large language models.

  • Experience with data visualization or notebook/reporting tools.

  • Background in digital marketing or user acquisition.

  • Experience with distributed data processing and modern backend technologies.

  • Familiarity with major cloud providers and common analytics/data services.

  • Comfort working in Linux environments.
