What You’ll Need
- Experience in analytics for a large-scale or complex technology product.
- Strong statistical background, with expertise in evaluating change, uncertainty, and causal/statistical reasoning.
- Advanced coding skills in Python and SQL, with the ability to independently design experiments, run analyses, and build production-ready pipelines.
- Technical leadership experience, including mentorship, hiring, and guiding analytical work.
Nice to Have
- Formal training in statistics (e.g., MS/PhD in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Biostatistics, Econometrics, or another quantitative field with rigorous statistical coursework).
- Familiarity with the modern data stack and data engineering workflows.
- Experience working in autonomy, robotics, or other technologically intensive domains.
