About the Role
We are building our analytics function and are looking for individuals with a leadership mindset and deep analytics expertise. In this role, you will lead a focus area in evaluation and experimentation, help hire and develop the individual contributor team, guide analysts on scope and methodology, and partner closely with cross-functional teams. You will integrate simulation and on-road data, apply a broad range of analytical methods, and deliver clear, action-oriented insights to stakeholders. You are comfortable remaining hands-on as an individual contributor when needed.

4+ years of analytics experience supporting a large-scale or complex technology product.

Strong foundation in statistical reasoning and methods for evaluating change and uncertainty.

Proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to independently run experiments and deliver analyses and pipelines end to end.

Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and hiring within analytics teams.
