Position Summary
The Contracts IT Analyst is responsible for managing and responding to IT-related requests submitted by current and prospective customers. This role leverages project management skills, deep knowledge of Client products and services, and collaboration with cross-functional subject matter experts to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely responses that support sales, compliance, and customer trust.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and execute responses to customer IT and security inquiries related to Client products and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Complete customer security assessments (technical and organizational) across all lines of business:

Clinical Labs
-
Immunohematology
-
Point of Care (POC)

Molecular (MDx)
Primarily support North American requests, with responsibility for global assessments as needed.
Analyze customer requirements and position Client products, services, and messaging effectively to meet customer needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure internal alignment and deliver high-quality responses that clearly articulate Client's competitive differentiators.
Coordinate proposal content by assigning sections to subject matter experts, tracking progress, and ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Meet established service-level agreements (SLAs), including a standard two-week turnaround for routine requests.
Maintain and manage a centralized database of FAQs and approved responses by line of business and instrument.
Develop high-quality, best-in-class content to serve as a competitive differentiator.
Participate in additional projects and initiatives as required.
Work Schedule (For Suppliers)
- Shift: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Onsite Requirement: In-office on Tuesdays
