Job: IS Technician - Shipping/Receiving
Location: Twinsburg, OH (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Position Overview
This role involves handling IT hardware for shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with physical work, detail-oriented in handling equipment, and able to work efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
Key Responsibilities

Ship IT hardware according to scheduled deadlines.

Receive, store, and organize incoming equipment.

Unpack, pick, package, and ship IT hardware to stores and field service technicians (via UPS or other carriers).

Accurately record product serial numbers and maintain documentation.

Ensure that shipped and returned equipment is properly processed.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Physical & Work Requirements

Onsite position — must be comfortable being on feet most of the day .
- Constant walking, standing, bending, and reaching.
- Lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 80 lbs with assistance.

Frequent handling of equipment under 30 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 6 months of work experience (preferably in warehouse, logistics, or IT hardware handling).

Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Basic computer experience preferred (for shipping documentation and serial number tracking).
