Location: Louisville, KY Onsite

Desired / Preferred Skills & Experience

Payroll, office, or call center experience preferred
l
Strong multitasking and communication skills

Beginner to mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Key Responsibilities
l
Provide application support by delivering technical assistance, root cause analysis, issue resolution, documentation, and training
l
Utilize the company’s issue tracking system (Service Desk) to document customer contacts, issues, and service requests
l
Ensure proper documentation, timely follow-up, appropriate escalation, and resolution of reported issues
l
Assist users with application navigation and general system support
l
Understand the critical nature of business operations and strive to meet defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) expectations or provide acceptable workarounds
l
Apply system knowledge to troubleshoot and research customer issues; share knowledge by submitting FAQs for publication
l
Communicate recommendations to management regarding process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
l
Review employee payroll information and process data for paycheck accuracy
l
Review and reconcile the timekeeping system weekly to ensure all time entries are completed and supervisor-approved
l
Import and reconcile hours from the timekeeping system into the payroll system on a weekly basis
l
Accurately input weekly hourly and/or biweekly salaried payroll data, including overtime, deductions, and exceptions
l
Prepare, reconcile, and transmit ADP payroll files, verifying reconciliation reports to ensure data accuracy
l
Investigate and respond to employee inquiries related to deductions, payments, allowances, and payroll discrepancies
l
Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee data
l
Perform other duties as assigned
