that is expanding rapidly across North America. This is a foundational leadership opportunity
to shape and scale the operational backbone of their U.S. and Canadian business.
The Opportunity
The Head of Operations – North America will lead all operational functions for the region, including supply chain , manufacturing , logistics , professional services , quality , and regulatory compliance . You’ll be the senior operational voice for the North American entity, working closely with global leadership to adapt and execute strategies, systems, and KPIs for the U.S. and Canadian markets.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the North American operational strategy, aligned with global goals.

Oversee day-to-day operations, including order fulfilment, warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing partnerships.

Implement and manage ERP and operational systems (e.g., NetSuite), ensuring seamless integration with global platforms.

Develop and optimize supply chain strategy, vendor relationships, and distribution networks.

Build and lead a high-performing U.S. operations team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.

Ensure compliance with all U.S. regulations (e.g., OSHA, ITAR, RoHS) and maintain high quality and safety standards.

Represent the North American operations function in global planning and strategy forums.
Ideal Candidate Profile

10+ years in senior operational leadership roles (e.g., Head of Operations, VP Operations, COO) within manufacturing, electronics, hardware, or related sectors.

Proven success scaling operations for the U.S. entity of a global organization.

Deep experience in supply chain strategy, manufacturing partnerships, logistics, and ERP implementation.

Strong understanding of U.S. regulatory frameworks (OSHA, ITAR, RoHS, etc.).

Exceptional leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable with 30–40% domestic travel and occasional international travel.
