As a GPU Hardware Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of a full line of GPU solutions. This role involves leading and coordinating hardware IP development programs, including post-silicon and commercialization efforts, particularly for mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to drive schedules, resources, and key deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage cross-functional team meetings across diverse technical domains and time zones.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and performance metrics.

Identify program risks, create mitigation strategies, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Drive issue resolution by troubleshooting program challenges and proposing alternative approaches.

Support process improvement initiatives to increase development efficiency, documentation, and accountability.

Ensure timely communication of project status to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

Foster a collaborative and efficient development environment through strategic and tactical leadership.

Utilize common project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) to track progress and maintain documentation throughout the product development lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in technical project or program management.

Familiarity with ASIC design, IP development, and silicon validation processes.

Understanding of software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Git, Perforce).

Experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).

Proficient in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.

Experience managing hardware IP deliverables and using project management tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
