Enterprise Account Executive – North America
Enterprise Finance Software | Hybrid (Boston-based)A global enterprise software provider in the finance transformation space is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth of its flagship, cloud-native finance platform across the North American market. This is a true new-logo, hunter role built for a strategic seller who excels in long-cycle, complex enterprise deals.
The platform enables large, multinational organizations to automate complex accounting processes, modernize financial operations, and accelerate access to actionable financial insights. Your mandate is to position this solution as the go-to standard for enterprise finance transformation within the Office of the CFO.
What You’ll Do
Own New Logo GrowthDevelop and execute a focused enterprise sales strategy targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts. You’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing net-new opportunities.
Build and Shape Pipeline
While supported by marketing initiatives, you’ll be expected to generate a substantial portion of your pipeline independently through outbound prospecting, executive networking, and thought leadership within the finance community.
Establish trusted, consultative relationships with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Transformation leaders. You’ll uncover strategic pain points and clearly articulate the business and financial impact of the platform.
Lead Complex Sales Cycles
Navigate multi-threaded enterprise deals spanning 6–12+ months, working across Finance, IT, Security, and Procurement stakeholders to drive consensus and close.

Hybrid Work Model
This role is aligned to a Boston-based office with a hybrid structure. Team members collaborate in person two days per week to foster connection and problem-solving. One fixed in-office day is midweek, with flexibility to choose a second day earlier or later in the week.
What We’re Looking For
Enterprise SaaS Sales Experience-
4+ years selling complex enterprise software

Background in financial systems such as ERP, EPM, or adjacent CFO-facing platforms

Demonstrated success selling directly into the Office of the CFO

Comfortable discussing topics such as IFRS, revenue recognition, ledger consolidation, and financial agility

Proven ability to build territory from the ground up

Self-directed, proactive, and relentless about creating opportunities

Able to engage credibly with IT and data teams on cloud-native architecture, integrations, and modern finance stacks
