Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support Technician to join our team. This role involves configuring workstations, imaging systems, performing hardware repairs, and supporting end-user device lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate is experienced in deploying and maintaining IT equipment, has a solid understanding of ticketing systems, and is comfortable with hands-on technical tasks, including physical labor.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure workstations for new users and upgrade existing setups

Re-image and repair desktop/laptop computers

Perform data migrations and data restoration

Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system for tracking incidents and service requests

Support device lifecycle processes, including moving and disposing of equipment returned from the field

Provide technical support for desktop/laptop hardware and software issues

Maintain accurate records of inventory and asset management

Collaborate with IT team members for efficient incident resolution and project execution
Required Qualifications:

Working knowledge of computer hardware components and configurations

Ability to lift and move equipment weighing 25–50 lbs

Experience in desktop/laptop hardware repair and maintenance

Familiarity with device imaging tools such as Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM

Basic experience with ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systems

Strong troubleshooting and communication skill
Preferred Certifications (Not Required):
- CompTIA A+ Certification

OEM or third-party desktop/laptop repair certifications
