Data Visualization Developer |||

Contract Type: 6 months (W2)
Role Overview:
The Data Visualization Developer supports clinical and quality data initiatives by developing dashboards, reports, and data models. This role collaborates with business partners and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver data visualizations that improve clinical quality and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of dashboards and reporting tools aligned with Clinical Data Analytics Product Roadmap
- Design and implement data reporting systems to meet business needs
- Collaborate with Data Engineering on data discovery, dataset building, and data modeling
- Analyze source data systems, document requirements, and design data transformations
- Maintain high standards for quality and productivity in development
- Communicate effectively with teams and escalate issues as needed
- Provide education to stakeholders on product and report usage
- Lead development of clinical quality measurement methodologies and key performance indicators
- Gather and vet feedback and requirements from clinical, quality, and other stakeholders to improve data management and reporting
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft Azure tools (Data Factory, Data Warehouse) is a plus
- Proficient in ad hoc data analysis using Excel and querying Azure SQL databases
- Strong ability to understand, translate, and clarify complex business requirements
- Skilled at leading meetings, building consensus, and managing multiple stakeholder inputs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Passion for quality, operational excellence, and efficient development practices
Travel:
- Minimal travel required (approximately 25%)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- Or equivalent business intelligence experience
