Circular Marketing Promotional Coordinator
Location: Woonsocket, RI (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months contract
Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Circular Marketing Promotional Coordinator to support weekly ads and special promotional events. You’ll work closely with Category Managers to ensure accurate pricing, offer setup, and promotional execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and review promotional offers and pricing across ads

Support weekly ad planning, approvals, and change management

Coordinate with teams like Inventory, Production, Legal, and Customer Service

Ensure accuracy of POS scanning and respond to help desk/customer issues

Track errors and resolve any offer or pricing discrepancies

Advise on compliance, offer setup, and promotional systems

1+ year of experience in advertising or merchandising (internships alone not preferred)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Acrobat, etc.)

Comfortable working onsite two days a week (Tues/Wed)

Experience in circular marketing or promotions

Familiarity with compliance in retail marketing

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
