Campaign Consultant – Fundraising & Campaign Strategy Location:  Remote
Compensation:  Competitive base + benefits

Role summary

The company is seeking a Consultant to help clients design, prepare for, and execute high-impact fundraising campaigns. Work will span feasibility studies, campaign case development, strategic assessments, gift management, and communications designed to support alumni and donor engagement before, during, and after major fundraising efforts.

New hires must be available to travel for one full week of in-person onboarding and training at a company-designated location. Travel expenses are covered by the company.

As a Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients by leading feasibility studies, directing capital campaigns, and developing creative, data-informed strategies that drive measurable fundraising outcomes.

What you’ll do
  • Lead client engagements, including feasibility studies and capital campaigns.

  • Engage with stakeholders, including organizational leaders, volunteers, and donors.

  • Conduct major gift research to identify and evaluate potential donors.

  • Facilitate donor cultivation by scheduling and conducting interviews.

  • Analyze interview findings and present actionable campaign recommendations.

  • Develop and execute tailored fundraising strategies.

  • Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders throughout solicitation efforts.

  • Support fundraising solicitations and track campaign progress.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support colleagues and improve the client experience.

  • Uphold professional standards, internal policies, ethical guidelines, and compliance requirements.

  • Travel periodically for client meetings, volunteer training, and campaign activities.

What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 2+ years of experience in fundraising, higher education advancement, or consulting.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience with fundraising databases; CRM experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, Monday.com, and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to lead internal account teams and collaborate across departments.

  • Proactive, client-focused mindset with creative problem-solving ability.

  • Experience in the nonprofit sector preferred.

  • Membership in a Greek social organization is a plus.
