Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and HCHB Analytics, ideally within the Home Health or Hospice domain. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the software development team, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional and system requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document system and process requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, workflows, and use cases.
- Facilitate communication between end users and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of new features or enhancements.
- Provide analysis and insights leveraging HCHB Analytics to support operational and business decision-making.
- (Preferred) Provide support in a help desk environment for HCHB-related issues.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with HCHB and HCHB Analytics.
- Experience within the Home Health or Hospice industry.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements and workflows.
- Prior experience supporting HCHB users in a help desk or support role.
- Familiarity with system testing and quality assurance processes.
