Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technology Rollout Support Analyst to join a fast-paced call center supporting national technology implementation projects. In this role, you will provide Level 1 technical support over the phone to technicians, vendors, and contractors who are implementing hardware solutions in retail store environments.

This is not a traditional customer service call center . The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls related to technical deployments, updating tracking systems, and managing project communications using email and Excel.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and make calls related to IT hardware installations and project deployments in stores.

  • Provide first-level technical support to field technicians and contractors.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues using provided documentation and training resources.

  • Accurately update ticketing and tracking applications after each interaction.

  • Communicate project progress and technical updates via email and spreadsheets.

  • Manage multiple technology rollout projects simultaneously.

  • Adapt shift schedules to support evening, night, and multi-time zone implementations when required.

  • Attend and complete paid training (on-site, 5 days/week, 8 AM – 8 PM range).


Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Verifiable)

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (technical support, call center, or IT deployments)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Flexibility to adjust work hours as required by project needs

Preferred:

  • Experience with IT hardware installation or support

  • Background in supporting technology rollouts or deployments
