Duration : 6 Months of Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and make calls via a support queue related to technical rollout projects.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for IT hardware and technology implementations.
- Update tracking systems and perform system validations during and after calls.
- Send email updates and document support tasks using Excel and other tools.
- Handle multiple technology rollout projects concurrently.
- Be flexible with shift timings, including possible evening, night, or weekend hours across various time zones.
- Participate in paid on site training (5 days/week). Training shifts will vary between 8 AM – 8 PM.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in IT support, call center, or technical rollout environments.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred.
- IT hardware installation experience is a plus, but not required.
