JOB : Application Support Analyst
Duration: 4+ months (Contract to hire possibility)

Role Overview
The Application Support Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and related clinical applications. This role provides technical support, optimizes system processes, implements enhancements, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
The analyst works cross-functionally to maintain system integrity, improve operational efficiency, and support clinical staff through training, troubleshooting, and technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, coordinate, and resolve issues related to application support and business workflows.
Work independently on escalated, complex technical issues.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, stability, and reliability.
Research reported problems, determine root cause, implement resolutions, and continue monitoring.
Test software updates, enhancements, and new features prior to deployment, then perform periodic retesting.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve application and system issues.
Provide customer-facing support via phone, chat, or email; strong communication skills required.
Create FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and user documentation to reduce inquiry volume.
Support clinical teams by improving workflows and providing technical training.
Ensure operational systems remain stable and data integrity is maintained.
Lead small projects or teams when addressing critical technical challenges.
Preferred Skills
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) at a support or implementation level — this is mandatory.
Must be a self-starter who can work independently and manage their own workload.
Should be able to hit the ground running; experience is more important than education.
This is not a data role — strictly application support.
