Position Summary:
The Aetna Mental Well-being Communications team seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to create visually compelling presentations and other design assets that communicate the story of Quality & Performance and data integration. This role involves collaborating with leadership and subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, engaging visual formats.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines while adhering to Aetna/CVS brand standards. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is essential. Experience with behavioral health, employee assistance programs, and digital accessibility is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce PowerPoint presentations for executives, sales teams, and internal communications.

  • Create custom graphics and visual representations of data, infographics, flyers, digital images, guidebooks, and designed email communications.

  • Edit and produce mental well-being videos and podcasts for internal and external communications.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand and fulfill design needs.

  • Meet urgent deadlines for projects outside the normal turnaround timeframe.

  • Maintain positive working relationships and support team initiatives.

  • Ensure deliverables align with Aetna/CVS brand standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED (verifiable).

  • 5+ years experience with:

    • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro

    • Adobe Audition or comparable audio editing/podcast software

    • Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable video editing software

    • Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook – latest versions)

  • Proficient writing skills for internal and external communications (3–5 years preferred).

  • Strong task management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent design review and editing skills.

    Preferred Knowledge:
    • Behavioral health, employee assistance, worklife, and wellness programs.

    • Digital accessibility standards.

    Physical & Work Requirements:
    • Supports BH/EAP Sales and leadership with design materials.

    • Works under urgent deadlines and handles multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders to meet business needs.
