Mike Cain is the SVP of Sales, North America for the Empresaria Group of Companies, ConSol Partners and LMA Recruitment. With over 17 years of experience in the staffing industry, Mike brings a hands-on approach to leadership, committed to coaching and guiding the sales teams to greater success while leading best-in-class solutions for our clients.
Mike joined ConSol Partners in 2012 and moved to the US to help launch the first international office for ConSol in 2014, initially in Los Angeles before relocating to Austin, TX with his family in 2021.
