We are partnered with a global, growing tech company with a value over $4 billion. They specialize in data analytics software with a mission to create a more fact-driven world with their simple to use analytics platform.
This is a contract to hire position, based remotely although if you are based near Seattle that would be a bonus.
Working with the HR team you will contribute to the Company's strategic initiatives by providing support and input into the development and maintenance of our global total rewards programs.
You will work on research, ad hoc analysis of data and reporting, tracking metrics and recommendations. You will interface with the People Ops team as needed to ensure timely delivery of compensation program elements. You will support Total Rewards, manage the program, administer the 401K program, conduct job analysis, review health & welfare benefits and conduct audits of compensation and benefits.
To excel in this role you will need the following:
- 4-6 years of work experience in compensation and benefits, preferably with high growth organizations;
- Experience in conducting global market analyses and benchmarking
- Project coordination skills with experience in supporting the execution of global initiatives as required
- Experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools
