We are partnering with a growing cryptocurrency security firm that are building an institutional grade custody platform to facilitate the safe storage and transfer of digital currency, supporting all the major coins, which will hold billions of dollars of value in digital assets. They have office locations in New York, Nashville and San Francisco, and they are looking for other strong Sr. Front-End Developers to join the team. They are open to being based in any one of these office locations.
The Role
As an experienced Sr. Front-End Developer, you will build the front end of their cutting-edge cryptocurrency security system. You will be developing React web applications, React Native mobile applications (experience not required) and a brand new GraphQL service.
You will be a key contributor on a codebase that is clean, thoroughly tested and well-organized. The team fosters a friendly and positive environment where collaboration and discussion are heavily encouraged. Members of the team work hard, give helpful advice and feedback, and are always eager to help each other get our tickets over the finish line. The main technology stack is React, Typescript, React Native, Python and AWS. The platform is microservices based and a strong focus has been put on a well-tested code base, performance, security, scalability and reliability.
The Individual
As the ideal candidate you will have the following skill and experience:
· A Bachelor in computer science or engineering or any related field.
· 3+ years of experience in professional Software Engineering experience.
· Experience with JavaScript (ES6) and web development experience.
· Experience with and commitment to writing unit tests.
· Experience with React/Redux.
Available for SF Bay Area, Nashville TN, and Greater New York City - mostly remote, 2-4 days a month in office.
