Our client, is a household name in the ecommerce industry, they have built a solid market name and reputation over the past decade and are truly focused on an exceptional service and culture. They are a fortune 500 successful retail business and this role will support at least one Senior PM.
This is a 6 month contract to hire position based remotely in Texas.
The role
In this role you will work alongside the recruiting team - assisting with profile reviews, scheduling interviews, managing candidate pipelines and tracking progress. You will be responsible for background checks, offer letters and on-boarding documents as well as orientations. This is a busy role in a fast paced, high volume team - you will need excellent organizational skills and be very efficient.

As the ideal candidate you will have the following skill and experience:
- Experience and comfort level, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven culture
- Experience in recruiting coordination
- Clear in communication to candidates, colleagues and Managers
