We are partnered with a global, growing tech company with a value over $4 billion. They specialise in data analytics software with a mission to create a more fact-driven world with their simple to use analytics platform.
This is a contract to hire role, initially 6 month contract before hire - they also have a strong career path and would like to see this role move more into Operations or Talent Acquisition within 12 months.
The role is fully remote but will need to be based in the East Coast/Central as you will be working with Talent Teams in both the USA and UK so will to be able to work EST hours.
This role is part of the wider talent team, there are 3 other coordinators across the globe and you would be the 4th member of the focus focusing on supporting the East Coast and UK talent teams. You will assist Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists in scheduling interviews, onbaording, orientations and any travel.
Additionally you will update candidate job records and administrative work such as background checks, offer packs and reference checks. You will need strong experience with Greenhouse ATS as you will be the team SME and administrator.
This is a very collaborative role where you will work with IT to arrange equipment, HR for onboarding, Talent Teams for candidate follow ups and interviews and Operations to support projects and tasks.
To excel in this role you will need the following:
- Proven experience in a coordinator or administrative capacity
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS system
- Strong skills with reporting tools such as Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience leading or working on small projects
- Proactive nature, strong interpersonal skills and efficient
