The Company
Our client, is a household name in the ecommerce industry, they have built a solid market name and reputation over the past decade and are truly focused on an exceptional service and culture. This role will work with a high performing team with fun, hard working and collaborative colleagues and a fantastic manager. The focus of this team is within a new revenue area for the business, the insurance space - you will be working to find licensed insurance specialists for this new division.
This is a contract to hire position and is based in Dallas, TX - you will need to be able to commute a few days a week to Richardson or Downtown.
The role
This is a recruiter position in a high volume team, you will work to connect with candidates who have applied through the ATS system, you will also need to source additional candidates. You will screen the candidates and move them through the process. As a high volume, fast paced team you should have had experience in this environment before.
The Individual
As the ideal candidate you will have the following skill and experience:
- 2+ years in a similar role as a Recruiter
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for outstanding customer service
