This is a contract to hire position - 6 month initial contract before converting to direct hire and is 100% remote.
The role
This is a recruiter position on a newly established team focusing on internal mobility - essentially working with current employees and helping them move to other roles internally. You will need a strong background as a recruiter and will manage the employees journey for the full life cycle. This is a very visible role and will interact with senior management and internal stakeholders so you will have a big impact in the business and become very seen!
The Individual
As the ideal candidate you will have the following skill and experience:
- 2+ years in a similar role as a Recruiter
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for outstanding customer service
