This is a contract position - 6 months to start, extendable and potential to convert to direct hire.
The role
You will be responsible for hiring a high volume candidates each week in the Customer Service department of the business. You will work with Hiring Managers to assess their needs and manage your own desk to hire multiple candidates each week. You will use the company ATS as well as your own sourcing methods to connect with and interview qualified candidates. This is a full life-cycle position so you will work with the candidate from start to close although will have some assistance from a team of coordinators sending out paperwork and background checks. Cold calling skills, sourcing ability and strong communication skills as essential for this role.
The Individual
As the ideal candidate you will have the following skill and experience:
- 2-4+ years in a similar role as a Recruiter
- Experience working in a high volume setting
- Strong experience with cold calling, sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Passion for outstanding customer service
