The Company

Our client, is a household name in the ecommerce industry, they have built a solid market name and reputation over the past decade and are truly focused on an exceptional service and culture. As a Fortune 500 business they have a unique product and well known and love.

This role will sit within the Customer Service team and although remote should ideally be based in Dallas, TX or Hollywood, FL (or close to those areas).

This is a contract position for 3 months - there could be a possibility for conversion to direct hire in 2022.

The role

You will be responsible for ensuring all Customer Services communications are delivered in a clear, consistent and compelling way as well as managing communications requests, assigning and reviewing content for accuracy and brand standards. Partnering with leadership you will create priorities for communications, reinforce training initiatives and promote culture and engagement,

The Individual

As the ideal candidate you will have the following skill and experience:

  • 3+ years of professional communications experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations or related field
