The Role
As an experienced Industrial Engineer reporting to the Director of Engineering, you would be a part of the team identifying and executing a wide range of Continuous Improvement projects. The candidate would help in continuing to achieve waste reduction targets through the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma approaches.
The Individual
As the ideal candidate you will have the following skill and experience:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline
5 years'+ of experience in a highly regulated, high-volume industry, ideally at a medical or aerospace manufacturer.
Six Sigma or Lean Certification (ASQ or IASSC) strongly preferred
A proven ability to identify, lead, and execute improvements in the manufacturing process
