The Company
We have partnered with a Web3 Startup Incubator which turns ideas into products, and products into companies. Created by a veteran in the Web3 space, with a proven track record of success, the company is a collection of entrepreneurs, technologists, collectors, and artists all pursuing a Web3 future.
The Role
The role involves overseeing daily operations, and a responsibility for developing, monitoring, and improving growth infrastructure and operations. You will work closely with the CEO to manage the company's investors and future fundraising, and will deliver insights and optimization recommendations across multiple stages of customer journey.
The Individual
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience which includes working within an operations leadership role. You will need an understanding of business functions, including HR, Finance, Product Management, etc., and experience building and scaling teams and systems. Previous Web3 experience is preferred, and passion for Web3 is required.
