This position is a 4 month contract to work on a specific project, there is chance of extension. The role is 100% remote but needs to be based in EST/CST time zones.
The Role
This position will be a part of the HR and People Analytics team - you will work with the Analytics Manager to help design and build dashboards as well as reporting for HR data. You will need a strong background in requirements gathering as well as an analytical mindset.
The Individual
What You'll Need:
- 2-5 years experience in Business and Data Analytics
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and data cleansing
- Knime/Alteryx
