Android Developer (Systems)
The Company
A fast-growing AI start-up in Austin, Texas is looking to add an experienced Android Engineer to the team. They're primarily working on warehouse execution systems that increase safety and efficiency. After recently receiving additional funding, they're looking to expand their headcount to keep up with growing demand.
The role
As an Android Engineer, you'll be helping with the design and development of mobile applications that communicate with their hardware. This primarily includes building background applications and implementing bridges and sensors.
The Individual
As the ideal candidate you will have the following skill and experience:
5+ years of Android Development experience
Strong knowledge of Java and/or Kotlin (preferred)
Deep understanding of Bluetooth/BLE
Understanding of A/B testing, able to do experiment analysis
UI experience a big plus
Systems experience
