Job Summary:
The worker will assist in running service calls and installing computer and printer hardware at retail store locations in the Medford, OR / Eugene, OR / Centralia, WA areas. This role requires daily travel between multiple locations, sometimes involving several hours of driving. A full-time team member will provide daily direction and support.
Key Responsibilities:

Repair, stage, configure, and QA IT hardware for stores and field service teams.

Refurbish and QA returned hardware equipment.

Administer asset tracking using internal software systems.

Process applicable warranty claims accurately.

Record all production details and inventory movements with high attention to detail.
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (MVR check required).

Ability to travel daily between multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed at standard rates.

Previous hardware repair experience is required.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 80 lbs with assistance.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Good mechanical aptitude; training will be provided to qualified candidates.
Physical Demands:

Frequent lifting under 30 lbs; occasional lifting up to 80 lbs with assistance.
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred: Completion of a 2-year technical program, relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+), or equivalent hands-on experience.
