Hello! My name is Rae and recently joined LMA in Aug 21. I’m currently part of the Execution Team, focusing on placements for the Finance industry across APAC markets.
Prior to joining LMA, I have built my career as a HR professional in various industries. Throughout the journey, I’ve come to realize that I have a passion connecting with people and helping them find a purpose in their job by fitting them into the right position. That was when I’ve decided that recruitment was what I wanted to do and have put more focus on it since 2019.
I believe in building long term relationships and aim to seize any opportunities presented and not be daunted by setbacks by helping individual to build their career path.
Outside of work I like to try new restaurants and foods or be found skateboarding.
