After graduating in with a degree in Psychology in 2004 I started a career in Recruitment with a view to working with specialist brands whom really understand their markets. As a result I started my own recruitment business in 2009 which rapidly became the market leading recruitment business in its specialist sector and was sold in 2014. 

After moving to LMA, Become and Ball & Hoolahan as Managing Director I brought with me a belief that partnering with clients in their chosen format to build meaningful relationships is something our clients value. This means working to add value above and beyond the normal recruiter, looking at big picture but understanding the small details. Whilst providing ad hoc bookings is something we do as standard, providing tailored recruitment wrap arround solutions is something I am passionate about. 

I am proud to have worked in high performing recruitment businesses for over 16 years in both public and private sectors and continue to strive to deliver solutions that make LMA, Become and Ball & Hoolahan easy and enjoyable to do business with.
