I started my career with Medical Recruitment Strategies in 2012 as a recruiter. In 2015, I started managing accounts and doing new business development, which led into managing the team in 2016. Now, almost 10 years later, I am the Director of National Accounts and Business Development.
In my role, I am responsible for managing client relationships and business development while ensuring that clients and candidates, alike, are treated with the utmost professionalism.I am passionate about thoroughly understanding client needs to consistently meet client satisfaction.
I was born and raised in New Hampshire, where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of New Hampshire. However, I did spend some time living in Northern California for a few years. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. We enjoy our weekends in the winter months skiing, and our weekends in the summer months boating.
